Thomas O'Hara is a global healthcare executive with over twenty five years experience in the healthcare field. His broad corporate career includes senior management positions in Fortune 500 companies such as Cigna, IMS Health, Lucent Technologies, and lastly, as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for Agere Systems ( a spin-off from Lucent Technologies with 20,000 employees). Tom founded OCG to provide unique and creative healthcare solutions for companies. He has developed innovative solutions for the corporate, payor, and provider markets.

Tom is also CEO and founder of an international healthcare services company that specializes in arranging patient care at top hospitals in the United States and abroad to provide high quality global healthcare at significant cost savings.

Tom has been featured on CBS News and in the National Geographic Traveler and Medical Tourism Magazine. He has also been a featured speaker at conferences in the United States and around the world including South Korea, Mexico, Columbia, and Costa Rica.
